THE SITUATION:
RJ Taylor was the low bidder on this publicly-funded, publicly-bid project. RJ Taylor worked closely with the Penfield Fire Company and the project architect to make sure that essential services were not compromised during construction. Strong on-site management by RJ Taylor was responsible for bringing this multiple prime contract project in on-time and on-budget, completing a difficult historic renovation and addition through the winter on an extremely tight site. The resulting project spurred a trend of building improvements to the Four Corners of Penfield.
