CUSTOMER: County of Monroe
ARCHITECT: NH Architecture, PC
THE SITUATION: RJ Taylor’s experience with country clubs and restaurants resulted in a successfully competitive bid on this public project. Working on tight side hill site amongst 200 year old oaks, RJ Taylor’s team of dedicated personnel “shoehorned” this gem of a clubhouse onto a knob of land at this historic Robert Trent Jones Course. Working with a tight schedule and a looming liquidated damages clause RJ Taylor guided multiple prime contractors to a successful completion on time and within the county budget for the project.
THE SOLUTION: ● Full-service kitchen ● Separate snack bar building ● Stamped concrete ● Grand fireplace ● Pro-shop ● Bar/Restaurant
