THE SITUATION:
RJ Taylor led the design-build team in converting this old 215,000 sf manufacturing plant into a state-of-the-art beverage distribution center. Rising to the challenge, the RJ Taylor team created the perfect blend of storage, office, and training space.
THE SOLUTION:
● 15,000 sf refridgerated cooler
● 30,000 sf interior truck loading area
● 10,000 sf of high-end office space
● 5,000 sf training/conference center
● Over 150,000 sf temperature controlled warehouse
● 15 truck docks
