THE SITUATION:
As a worldwide leader in custom contact lenses Coopervision had a need to address the distribution of their North American business. Working closely with RJ Taylor, the project developer needed a competitive budget and the ability to meet a very tight schedule to win this project over several competing states. This project was to be the signature building in the industrial park. The RJ Taylor team was able to work wit the design team to bring this project from concept design to joint occupancy in 9 ½ months. Balancing the developer, the tenant and code enforcement required deft coordination by the RJ Taylor team to keep the end game in focus.
